Does Erik Really Prefer Blondes?

Okay, the running joke for a long time is that Erik "prefers blondes". Don't remember when or why we started that but Erik usually tends to look more intense at blondes than at brunettes. But now, Mummy and Daddy are thinking this really may be a fact and not a joke any more.

Whenever we take Erik to our friends, who are blondes, he absolutely adores them, even if he has never met them before or doesn't see them on a regular basis. Erik would just give his brightest smile and just babble all-day long with them (** of course, that only happens IF Erik got a good nap or else all bets are off **).

So yesterday, when Mummy picked Erik up at Day Care, as she walked through the room scanning for Erik, where does Mummy find him? All cuddled up with his blonde teacher, Miss Kristy, in the rocking chair. When Erik realized it was me, he only gave me a half-hearted smile! WAH!! WAH!! SIGH!

And then this morning, Erik was fast asleep as Mummy was carrying him to his classroom. But as soon as he heard Miss Kristy's voice (she even whispered!), his eyes were wide awake and gave her a big smile!! Hmmmm? Hmmmm?!

Erik either prefers blondes or he is just a big flirt! Don't know which yet. Maybe Mummy and Daddy should start tracking it with an excel spreadsheet or something? :o) hahahah....just joking, we would never do that.....or would we?!

PS: Is daddy to blame if Erik likes blondes?
