Shopping till we drop
This weekend Mommy & Daddy went shopping - I feel broke and I haven't even bought anything yet. First thing on the list was going to Home Depot to look for ideas for the baby room. Before we went there we have had plenty of talk about what we both liked or disliked. Most of the time, it was Daddy arguing about what he liked and wanted.
Pink was so out the window – at this point. I want my son’s room to be different and unique – ideas ranged from painting a coat of Magnetic Paint, to painting murals on the walls to the nursery. (Which is still on the list of things I am still thinking about?) I wanted to paint a different theme mural on each of the walls – I guess I want my son to be stimulated with the abundance of colors (Artsy side of Daddy Chhimi) – I wanted to paint my favorite childhood books (Like “Noddy” and it’s pronounced as you read it and not Naughty) or maybe my favorite comic “Asterix and Obelix.”
I think after looking at 10 different wallpaper themes – I think we are settling on an animal theme (Jungle to be precise) Just because I like animals – love monkeys – in fact Grandpa Tom – got a mean Monkey back home. So here are some prints we liked please help us choose one.

Aunty Joyce preffers the blue elephant..
But a pink one would look more cute.
May I suggest getting some of the paint that acts as a chalk board so you can have fun drawing on the walls.
I love the bugs in theme 7!
Loving those jungle themes. Wish I could've found something like that but we've settled on a cutesy little brown teddy bear theme.

i think the theme 1 is really cute; u cud bhutanize the theme , u know the Buddhist drawing of an elephant-with a rabbit, bird--its a very popular mural which is supposed to mean -living in harmony etc etc.....i know u wudnt want to being preaching ur son this early but just a thot :))
